My wife and I will be retiring from teaching, in California, in three years. We decided to retire in the Provo area so my wife could be close to family. We were extremely fortunate to have been referred to Brad Iverson, by my wife's sister. We were looking to purchase a short sale and with the number of houses on the market we felt that this would be a quick and easy process. How wrong we were!!! I have never, even here in California, run into more questionable individuals than what we did in the Utah real estate market. Thank God for Brad Iverson and his Short Sale Specialist, Stephanie Larsen. They steered us away from many shady deals and lead us through the mine field of short sales. After looking at over fifty properties and putting offers in on twenty seven, we finally purchased a home, Short Sale, in Mapleton and we could not be happier. The short sale market is not for the faint of heart but Brad and Stephanie were patient and were always there to answer our questions. If you are looking to purchase a home in that area you will not find anyone who is more honest and hard working than Brad Iverson.
